You can also enter the Tartan Twosome, which is a challenge to run the Sunset 5K and another race on Saturday of your choosing. Because of the many spring race postponements, the fall race calendar is now filled with events, including three Abbott World Marathon Majors in the space of two months. As for Chicago, a runner could easily run a half-marathon in preparation for the full 42K a month later. If an athlete is running New York, the Scenic Half-Marathon is a great chance for them to go all-in to make sure they&#8217;re &#8220;mentally and physically ready to run hard.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"post-65688\"><strong><a title=\"Permanent Link to Maritime Race Weekend: course record goes down\" href=\"https:\/\/runningmagazine.ca\/sections\/runs-races\/maritime-race-weekend-three-out-of-four-course-records-broken\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">RELATED: Maritime Race Weekend: course record goes down<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maybe you don&#8217;t have a goal race planned yet. There are still some great reasons to pick one of the Maritime Race Weekend events.
